Lee Baran
Writer/Director
Baran’s first indie short film won Audience Choice in Vancouver and for 25 years he has produced professionally for global brands like Redken 5th Avenue, L’Oréal, Mizani, and Reebok. He was a pioneer in the streaming space with Broadway’s first live-streamed play Better Left Unsaid. He directed the limited series Reality Sets In on Prime and appeared in person swinging fists in an episode of Esquire’s White Collar Brawlers. He writes with Adrian Taverner and they’d love to show you the feature-length script Shoot This, and pilots Humanity, Almost Broken, and Meridian. @chaoscomplex

Adrian Taverner
Writer
This guy figured out how to make a living doing all the things he loves, so he's pretty smart and really lucky. He was working in post-audio and in various roles on set in Vancouver when Baran hired him for location sound in 2006. A few gigs later Taverner transitioned full time to that partnership and in 2009 moved with the company to New York, where on any given day he might be writing, recording, mixing, lighting, or shooting. In 2020 he moved his family back to Vancouver but still works full time with Baran virtually and on location. Living the dream. You might recognize him from that episode of White Collar Brawlers where he literally duked it out with Baran. @thetaverner
